Caseish is a combination of Google Wave and fixed forms. This gives you a way to get more structure to Google Wave, while still being able to control how the flow is.

Due to business complexities, it is quite complicated to start monitoring business processes especially when not knowing how everything is running and where to start. There are a lot of case management systems to choose however they mostly support single user interactions. That’s why Caseish has been developed to serve as one great solution for every business challenges that may occur.

 

The Story behind Caseish

 

I have been working with SAP and technology for a long time. At a recent project I would like to use one of SAP’s technologies to monitor the business processes. The tool is Business Activity Monitoring Applications which lets you monitor how processes between two systems are performing.

 

It struck me that this was really difficult. We have to get a specialist for two days to help us set up the environment and convince the business intelligence group that we should use their server. There had to be a better solution for that. So, I started to investigate how I could build a simple yet powerful analytic engine. I found that it was possible to create an application that could support this kind of analytic of unstructured data.

 

After I was working with the idea for a while, it was also the time Google Wave was released. Then the two things started to make sense. In Wave you have a lot of unstructured data and undefined process flows, but for some instances it will make a lot of sense to have a common language that could be used to describe how they interacted. So I decided to make an application that can combine both worlds.

 

While I was working on the applications I have discovered that it is really useful to have better control over all your waves and their status. It can be used for Scrum projects, Bug reports, Case management or customer incidents. So there are a lot of different options in using this tool.

 

The name Caseish is chosen because we don’t believe we are a pure case management company. The case is for case management or just a box where you can store all Meta information about your waves. The -ish ending indicates that we do not strictly cater case management services, our service has a lot more to offer, a lot of options and can be used by many organizations. 

 

With Caseish, management and collaboration is made hassle and trouble-free. You no longer need to spend long hours in defining all those difficult business processes. Caseish is capable of making things simpler, faster and easier to supervise.
